• Payment methods accepted include bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and mobile payment options displayed at checkout.

• UfirstTech reserves the right to cancel or reject orders in the case of suspected fraud, unavailable stock, or pricing errors.

3. Shipping

• We deliver nationwide within Nigeria only.

• Shipping options include waybill delivery, warehouse pickup, and home delivery.

• Delivery time is 24–48 hours, and all orders are shipped within 24 hours of confirmation.

• Shipping costs vary by city and are displayed during checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over ₦100,000.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Products may be returned within 3 days of delivery only if:

  • They are in unopened packaging

  • The product is faulty, damaged, or wrong

• Products must be returned in their original condition.

• UfirstTech covers the cost of return shipping for approved returns.

• Only product exchanges are offered; we do not issue cash refunds.

• Items that have been used or unboxed are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

• All products are sold “as-is”, and UfirstTech makes no express or implied warranties unless otherwise stated.

• Any warranties provided by manufacturers will be clearly indicated on the product page or packaging.

6. Limitation of Liability

• UfirstTech will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of products purchased from our store.

• We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by factors outside our control, including logistics disruptions, weather, or third-party carriers.
